Sur cette bande non numérotée, deux enregistrements bien distincts, ainsi notés : - Les Borderies Mézières s/ Issoire - G.E. Clancier (Joubert, Codet, Taraud Ostensions 1953) Le premier document semble l'enregistrement d'une causerie (par Georges Emmanuel Clancier ?) sur Joseph Joubert, moraliste né à Montignac en 1754 A partir de 20'20 deux portraits (Louis Codet et Les frères Tharaud) par un autre intervenant (sans doute l'enregistrement d'une émission de radio sur St Junien) puis  le chanoine Chassain parle des ostensions de 1953 . Après un intermède de musique classique (une bande sans doute réutilisée !) un enregistrement "en public" fait chez un accordéoniste, M. Henri Chevalier (dit Jagondi)* habitant les Borderies, commune de Mézières sur Issoire . De nombreux morceaux à danser (Marche nuptiale, bourrées, quadrille, valses, scottish, polkas ... Plusieurs groupes folkloriques de Charente limousine ont appris des danses auprès de lui et de sa femme, avant l'époque des collectes "folk" (F.E.) . En toute fin d'enregistrement M. Dagnas interroge deux enfants de Mézières qui récitent des poésies apprises à l'école  . Il s'agit d'un enregistrement datant du 16 février 1976 dans lequel nous entendons un joueur de vielle à roue : M. Gabriel Chevalier, alors âgé de 84 ans, et domicilié à Dontreix (23). Le musicien joue, sur une vielle de Nigout, une série d'airs à danser : giattes, polkas, scottishs, marches nuptiales, valses, etc. Il chante quelques-uns de ces airs, en français ou en occitan, parle de sa vielle, d'un instrument qu'il a construit, et raconte à M. Prudent le déroulement des mariages traditionnels. Cet enregistrement fut réalisé par Georges Prudent, lui-aussi musicien.
