On y entend d' intéressants témoignages sur le battage au fléau, le tarare, les palhassons, la paille de seigle, le blé noir... mais aussi de belles ambiances sonores. L'enregistrement a été fait sur un magnétophone cassette de marque Phillips, "amélioré" par Gilbert Paris (Parisonor).
