<p>Un sujet enregistré à Albignac au mois de décembre 2012.</p>
<p>Après un temps de transaction nous avons été admis à filmer cet événement familial à la ferme de La Verde. Une fois obtenu cet accord, la "tribu Mesturoux" (comme ils se nomment avec humour !), nous a reçu avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de générosité.</p>
<p>Par un matin glacial de décembre nous avons assisté à un abattage du cochon, dans les règles de l'art et le respect de la tradition...</p>
<p>Abattage, casse-croûte, découpe, préparation des boyaux, repas pantagruélique, fabrication des boudins, rien n'a manqué à cette journée !</p>

<p>A partir des rushes tournés avec Fernand Desaguiller en 2004 dans la forêt de Blanchefort par Jacques Malnou et Cécile Gouleau (pour le film "Conterra") nous avons extrait de trois de nos enquêtes quelques propos sur la fameuse Fontaine de l'Ermite .</p>
<p>Nous entendrons successivement M. François Peuch, M. Michel Agnoux, quelques résidentes de la maison de retraite de Lagraulière enregistrés en 2003 puis Fernand Desaguiller</p>

<p>Les farci-dures ou farcidures ou farcedures ... <br />Yvonne Thieyre a été restauratrice à Saint-Hilaire-Taurieux (19) toute sa vie, elle était réputée pour plusieurs de ses spécialités, dont ces farcedures pour lesquelles on n'hésitait pas à faire quelques kilomètres . Une recette qu'elle tient de son père originaire de Neuville, commune voisine.<br />Elle nous livre ici, dans une excellente langue qu'elle se plait à pratiquer, sa recette des farcedures mais aussi quelques anecdotes.</p>

Depuis des années, au Puy Grand, sur la commune de Chamboulive en Corrèze, une poignée de passionnés ont ressorti les faux, les enclumes et les marteaux pour re-donner vie à ces outils délaissés depuis l'arrivée des engins thermiques .<br /><br />Tous les ans, le jour de l'Ascension, ils organisent un concours de fauchage auquel novices comme experts peuvent participer . <br />Un concours comme alibi à une manifestation un peu "folklorique", festive sans aucun doute, mais qui a surtout pour vocation de transmettre des savoirs, de témoigner d'un temps ou les gestes se transmettaient de génération en génération, naturellement .<br /><br />Nous avons croisé les témoignages de Michel Agnoux, cheville ouvrière de l'association qui, dans un occitan familier, nous parle de la manifestation (et un peu plus...) et celui d' Étienne Bonnet, "paysan décroissant", venu là pour se perfectionner, affiner sa pratique qui, en français, nous parle de sa vision "méditative" et revivaliste de cette pratique .<br /><br /><a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wi3iCKLtRxk" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Pour accéder à la version sous titrée cliquer ici</a>
